About LFM Wave Simulation

Wave Physics (GOV-01)

This simulator uses the LFM Klein-Gordon wave equation:

∂²E/∂t² = c²∇²E − χ²E

The χ field represents material properties. Walls have high χ values that cause exponential signal attenuation, while doors have low χ allowing signals through.

Why Wave Simulation?

Unlike simple ray-tracing, wave simulation captures real interference and diffraction patterns. You'll see how signals wrap around corners, create standing waves, and interfere constructively or destructively—just like real WiFi signals behave.
