REL-01: Isotropy — Coarse Grid
Validates wave propagation isotropy on coarse grid
Tests that wave propagation speed is identical in all directions (x, y, z) on coarse spatial grid. Validates Lorentz symmetry emergence from discrete lattice.
Canonical Validation Status: All physics validation tests passing (105/105 executed; 100.0%). Skip-designated tests excluded by executed-only policy.
Boundary: Periodic (wraps at edges)
Integrator: Verlet (2nd-order symplectic)
ΔE/E₀ should remain < 0.000001 (numerical stability check)
|ω_right - ω_left| / ω_avg should be < 0.01
